My Service

 

If you would like to discover who your ancestors were in England, Scotland or Wales, I offer a number of fixed price packages as well as hourly rated bespoke research. I offer a free initial assessment and discussion of the family information that you have, your goals and what service/package you wish to commission me to undertake.

 

With each of the fixed price packages a hard-back book will be produced containing your family history which will serve as a lasting family memento. For an additional £75.00 a deluxe version of the book can be ordered which will be bound in leather (choice of navy blue or olive), with gold embossed title and a marker ribbon.

 

With Bespoke Research a less formal report document is the standard (find out more about the report document here). However, depending upon the number of pages involved (due to limitations in the binding process) you can choose to have a hard-back book for an additional £25.00. Simply notify me when commissioning your research and I will include this on the final invoice.

 

If you would like to gift someone with their family history being researched you can purchase a Gift Certificate.

 

 

How It Works

 

Having decided on the package you want to purchase, click the relevant "Place Order" button which will take you to your shopping cart. You can add additional items such as gift certificates, an extra copy of a book (or opt for the deluxe version).

 

You can download a PDF Research Commissioning Form (or Word version) to complete and return to me. As soon as I receive this, I will commence researching your family history. If it is Bespoke Research  that you would like, you can download Word and PDF versions here.

 

 

Purchasing Gift Certificates

 

To purchase your certificate(s) simpy click on the relevant "Place Order" button. You can download a Gift Certificate Form in either PDF or Word format which you will need to complete and return to me with the relevant details such as; recipient's name and address, and any personal message that you would like to appear on the certificate (optional). I will then send the completed certificate to either yourself or the recipient according to your instructions.

 

To redeem the certificate, the recipient must return it to me within one year of purchase. On receipt, I will send them the Research Commissioning Form to be completed and returned to me.
